FIRST-PARTY ANALYTICS

When someone visits the TikTok bio link or uses a destination link on DVINO World, we record the event (including song preview plays, catalog and wall expansions, and confession submissions), date and time, landing page, referral host, general device category, browser, operating system, edge-reported country, and browser user-agent. We store a random first-party browser identifier in a cookie for up to 12 months to estimate unique visitors and recognize repeat visits. A temporary TikTok attribution value in session storage links actions for 30 minutes after arrival. If cookies are unavailable, a temporary identifier may be held for the open page. Different browsers or devices, private browsing, and clearing cookies may count as a new visitor. We retain only a masked form of the IP address (for example, the final IPv4 segment is removed); we do not store raw IP addresses, hardware device IDs, phone numbers, or advertising profiles.

This analytics data is used only to understand what listeners respond to and which links they use. We do not sell it or share it for targeted advertising. First-party analytics records are retained for up to 12 months.

WHAT WE DO NOT USE

DVINO World’s first-party analytics use a first-party visitor cookie, but no advertising pixels. Links to third-party services such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, DVINO Marks, Vela, and Kit are governed by those services’ own privacy practices once you leave this site.

CONFESSIONS AND EMAIL

If you submit a confession, we store the alias, message, selected song, and any media you choose to attach so it can be moderated and, if approved, displayed on the Confessional wall. If you subscribe to email updates, your information is submitted to our email provider, Kit.

We may update this notice when the site or its data practices change. The current version will always be posted here.
